Refund policy

ORDERS, SHIPPING AND RETURNS

We stand behind the exceptional quality of our freshly roasted beans, and we're confident that each cup will be a delight to your senses. However, we understand that preferences can be as diverse as the flavours in our blends. If, for any reason, you find yourself unsatisfied with your purchase, here's our Returns Policy to ensure your complete satisfaction:

1. Return Eligibility

We happily accept returns on unopened bags of coffee within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging.

2. Contact Us:

If you find yourself unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at info@endurancecafe.com  We are here to assist you and will guide you through the return process.

3. Return Process:

Upon receiving your return request, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

4. Refund or Replacement:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.  If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@endurancecafe.com. 

5. Shipping Costs:      

Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Exception for Freshly Roasted Coffee:      

Given the nature of our freshly roasted coffee, we believe it's highly unlikely that you won't enjoy it. However, if you find yourself dissatisfied, we are committed to making it right. Reach out to us, and we'll work with you to find a solution that ensures your coffee experience meets your expectations.
